Parent/School Communication

Good communication between parents and teachers ensures a quality education for children. Kakiat STEAM Academy will be reporting to you on your child's progress during the school year. You will receive communication during the school year via REMIND, notes, phone calls, progress reports, parent/teacher conferences and report cards. 

An open line of communication between parent and teacher is important to us. You can address your questions and concerns about your child's academic progress to your child's teacher at 577-6100. Please let us know about changes in your child's home experiences, which may affect learning in school.

We encourage all parents to share their talents and expertise with us. Your child's teacher will be in contact with you about special school projects and programs in which you may wish to participate.

We encourage you to become involved through PTA membership and participation at PTA and school events.
